Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Administrator in Birmingham to coordinate operator recruitment, inductions, and data management within the Operated Plant Hire team.

You will liaise with internal departments and external induction teams, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date while handling enquiries and maintaining records in line with GDPR and DPA requirements.

Mansioni

• Recruit plant operators across multiple disciplines.
• Source candidates via database, job boards, referrals, networks and training providers.
• Manage inductions for new employees/operators.
• Perform compliance checks including right to work documentation.
• Maintain employee records on the database.
• Liaise with internal and external departments.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve queries.
• Ensure data handling complies with DPA, GDPR and company policies.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and perform ad-hoc duties.
