MacIntyre is seeking a Recruitment Officer in Milton Keynes to support nationwide managers in recruiting aligned with our values. The role is office-based with occasional travel to services, and full training is provided.
You'll be involved in writing adverts, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and conducting DBS checks, with a strong emphasis on compliant, person-centered recruitment.

Based at our Milton Keynes head office, you'll work closely with managers across the country to help them recruit people who share our values and can make a real difference to the people we support. You don't need previous recruitment experience to apply full training and support will be given. What matters most is that you're a confident communicator, share our values, and are genuinely keen to learn.
