HFH Healthcare meets the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes across London and the Southeast. In partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams, our enhanced clinical support enables clients to remain at home even with highly complex healthcare needs. Our services are delivered through local, multidisciplinary teams focused on specific specialties.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, collaborating with operations and care management teams
  • Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates
  • Report on the recruitment pipeline
  • Participate in recruitment meetings
  • Work towards recruitment KPIs
  • Represent the company at job fairs, youth employment programs, back-to-work charities, and career events
  • Source candidates through various media channels

Requirements:

  • Ideally, experience as a Recruitment Officer
  • Experience within Health & Social Care
  • Extensive knowledge of social media and professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team management abilities
  • A passion to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective teamworking skills
