Role Information

At our Hair & Beauty Academies, we offer practical, hands-on training in fully operational salons that mirror real-world environments. Learners gain practical skills supported by accredited courses from Levels 1 to 4. With 13 academies nationwide, we are building the future of the hair and beauty industry.

As a Learner Recruitment Officer, you will support the academy by driving learner starts and enrolling successful learners. This busy role requires balancing commercial and administrative activities daily.

DUTIES
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations.
  • Identify and promote courses to learners and referral sources.
  • Engage with potential learners, providing accurate information, advice, and guidance, and keep records of activities.
  • Carry out initial assessments, identify support needs, and communicate with colleagues.
  • Maintain learner tracking details and communicate effectively with tutors and assessors.
  • Support tracking of learners into positive destinations for 26 weeks post-completion.
  • Identify employers with employment, apprenticeship, or placement opportunities and develop relationships for post-qualification prospects.
  • Engage with local employment partnership groups to promote services and opportunities.
  • Respond to client inquiries and support their requirements.
  • Attend promotional days and careers events to promote Learning Curve Group and the academy.
  • Accurately complete all recruitment documentation promptly.
  • Operate in line with company values and behaviors.
  • Comply with safeguarding, Prevent, and health and safety policies, remaining vigilant.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Provide support, advice, and guidance to learners, customers, and colleagues.
  • Promote equality and diversity throughout the organization.

Experience

Experience in engagement or sales roles, preferably in education.

Experience in sales, marketing, and social media use.

Experience building new business partnerships.

Experience implementing and executing sales strategies aligned with growth targets is advantageous.
