Job summary

Agincare is offering a Recruitment Marketing Apprentice role designed to kickstart your marketing career. You’ll work with our Recruitment Marketing & Attraction Specialist on social content, campaigns and employer branding, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You don’t need previous marketing experience; we’re looking for someone creative, curious, organised and keen to learn, with confidence using social media and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including posts, reels, and stories.

• Help manage marketing materials and branded merchandise.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and candidate enquiries.
• Attend apprenticeship classes and complete coursework and assignments as part of your working week.
