Propel in Leeds is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead a 360 recruitment desk focused on Life Sciences across the US; manage billing, revenue generation, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive business development with clients, mentor consultants, and enjoy a transparent incentive scheme with a 60% uncapped commission; hybrid option after probation and onsite Leeds HQ.

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (Life Sciences preferred).
• Experience mentoring/leading colleagues.
• Confident in approaching BD with new and existing clients.
• Passion for supporting and developing a recruitment team.

As a Billing Manager, you will set an example within the team, operating as a 360 biller in a set niche across the US. With average fees of £30k+ and uncapped commission up to 60%, you're set to be truly rewarded for your hard work.

This role is based in the Leeds HQ and operates an onsite model, with flexibility where needed and the potential for hybrid after your probationary period (6 months).

About Them:

Our client is an Executive Search company based in Leeds City Centre, with a team of specialist headhunters operating across the US and EU Life Sciences market.

About You:

• Proven track record within 360 recruitment (Life Sciences is a huge plus but open to other sectors)
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring colleagues
• Comfortable and confident in approaching Business Development with new and existing clients.
