We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment activities across our Energy & Sustainable Cities and Shared Services business lines, managing a team of recruiters to ensure business needs are met and an exceptional candidate experience is delivered across all hiring activities every time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team within their set BL's, ensuring that the organisation attracts, selects, and hires top talent across all departments, whilst also managing the full end to end recruitment process' within their designated area.
This is a leadership position that requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to source and attract candidates.
