Job summary

A metropolitan fire and rescue service in the UK is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment function. You will ensure inclusive and legally compliant processes to support workforce diversity and operational readiness. The ideal candidate has proven experience in recruitment within a large organization and a strong understanding of employment law. What you’ll do:

Lead and manage the recruitment function across West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, ensuring the delivery of inclusive, efficient and legally compliant recruitment processes that support operational readiness, workforce diversity and community representation.
