Reporting to the Head of People, you will have autonomy over the recruitment provision across the UK business.

The role is varied, from managing the direct sourcing of talent, developing a positive candidate experience, training managers, to line managing one employee.

As an experienced Recruitment Manager, you will enjoy working in a broad role with opportunities to be involved in business-wide HR projects. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, develop employer branding, and ensure the organisation is inclusive and diverse. You will oversee a positive 360 recruitment process and enhance company brand awareness internally and externally via social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly line managing one team member
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and employees
• Managing job advertising, applicant tracking, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Monitoring recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to leadership on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and diversity outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and Ofsted regulations

About You:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in education, healthcare, or childcare sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion principles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics
• Understanding of CQC and Ofsted regulations
• Experience with VISA and Sponsorship compliance
