This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned recruiter with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and stakeholders.

Nala is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead all recruitment activities globally across the organisation with a specific focus on, but not limited to Development, Construction, Engineering and Technical roles within Renewables – Solar, Wind & BESS.

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to meet business needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience is delivered across all hiring activities.

This is a key position that requires strong organisational and communication skills, the presence to work with Nala’s senior management to understand the recruitment needs of the business and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to source and attract candidates in UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all active roles; including defining needs with the hiring manager, sourcing, initial candidate screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines using diverse channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, direct job postings, and specialist recruitment agencies where needed
• Be the first point of contact for all hiring managers to understand recruitment challenges and ensuring the needs of the business are met in a timely manner
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process while promoting the company’s brand and culture.
• Provide monthly reporting to give insight to recruitment activities, highlighting challenges and areas for improvement.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Seasoned Recruiter within the Renewable Energy space (solar PV, Wind and battery storage roles), either in-house or with an agency
• Experience working in or recruiting for an Independent Power Producer (IPP) is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage positively with candidates and collaboratively with key stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment deliverables
• A proactive and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company. The role will for be for an initial 6 months and has the flexibility to be full or part time with a hybrid working arrangement.
