Responsibilities

As an IT Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be responsible for fostering strong, lasting relationships with your candidates and colleagues and building a talent pool of high-quality technology candidates.

You'll be responsible for helping to deliver our recruitment services to key client accounts and managing the recruitment process.

Skills

As an IT Recruitment Resourcer you must have:

1. Highly proactive and familiar with the various resourcing tools to attract high-quality candidates
2. Self-sufficient; a real self-starter
3. Highly motivated to succeed, goal-oriented, and target-driven
4. Strong organizational skills and able to manage your time effectively and efficiently
5. A high level of emotional intelligence and integrity

Experience Requirements

Essentials:

1. A proven background working within an external recruitment agency setting
2. Come from a Salesforce or technology recruitment background
