Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist or Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who can independently drive hiring outcomes and has a proven track record of leading projects or managing teams. You will be responsible for hiring roles in the UK and/or managing remote hiring projects for China-based roles, with a steady stream of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs
  • Lead and support the recruitment team, mentor junior recruiters, and help drive team-wide KPIs and performance
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process independently, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
  • Continuously optimize recruitment tools, processes, and channels to enhance both efficiency and candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored hiring strategies
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and regular reviews to improve hiring quality and funnel conversion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to manage full-cycle hiring independently
  • Preferred qualifications include:
  • Team leadership or project coordination experience in recruitment, with examples of managing people or leading hiring initiatives
  • Background in other HR functions such as ER, performance, L&D, or EDI
  • Knowledge of UK-based recruitment regulations and practices
  • Sales or agency background with strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and proactive in identifying challenges and delivering outcomes
  • Comfortable working across Chinese and British cultural contexts with strong cross-cultural communication skills
