Amoria Group is looking for a passionate Learning & Development Consultant to enhance recruitment talent within their team. This position in West Didsbury, Manchester will involve designing training programs and providing coaching to new recruitment consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' contract recruitment experience managing both candidate and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes for trainee recruitment consultants.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and analyse performance data.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes.
• Conduct training needs analysis with managers and business leaders.
