Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a Recruitment Executive to own the end-to-end recruitment journey across roles from care staff to office support in Belfast. You will source, attract, and onboard talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role rewards performance with uncapped monthly commissions and a focus on KPIs. Hybrid working is offered after probation, alongside ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' recruitment experience.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and in a target-driven environment.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding from start to finish with reporting.
• Review job descriptions and personnel specifications.
• Build relationships with internal teams, hiring managers and clients.
• Discuss suitable profiles with the wider Connected Health team.
• Advertise jobs online, in traditional media, and via referrals.
• Mentor and train new team members as the business grows.
• Support business development across Ireland and other geographies as required.
• Ensure the right candidate is placed in the right area at the right time.

Skills and Experience:

These functions and duties shall include but are not limited to:

• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Manage recruitment and on boarding process from start to finish with associated reporting
• Review job descriptions and personnel specifications
• Develop and build relationships with Connected Health internal teams/hiring managers as well as new and existing clients and recruits as required
• Discuss suitable profiles with the wider Connected Health team
• Advertising your jobs using the internet, traditional media, social networking and referrals
• Managing and supporting new members of the team as they join the business
• Mentoring and training new members of the team as the business grows
• Supporting the development of the business across Ireland and other geographies as required
• Ensuring the right candidate is placed in the right area, at the right time
