Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a Recruitment Executive to own end-to-end recruitment across care and office roles in Ireland and the UK. You will source, attract, interview, onboard and build strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver outstanding teams for our communities.

The role targets KPI-driven performance with a base salary and uncapped monthly commission, plus benefits and hybrid working after probation. A proactive, organised recruiter will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months' recruitment experience
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and thriving in a target-driven environment
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Desirable: recruitment experience within the healthcare sector

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Manage recruitment and onboarding from start to finish with reporting
• Review job descriptions and personnel specifications
• Develop relationships with internal teams, hiring managers and clients
• Advertise jobs using the internet, media, social networks and referrals
• Support and mentor new team members as the business grows
• Assist business development across Ireland and other geographies as required
• Ensure candidates are placed in the right area at the right time

Roles & Responsibilities

These functions and duties shall include but are not limited to:

• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Manage recruitment and on boarding process from start to finish with associated reporting
• Review job descriptions and personnel specifications
• Develop and build relationships with Connected Health internal teams/hiring managers as well as new and existing clients and recruits as required
• Discuss suitable profiles with the wider Connected Health team
• Advertising your jobs using the internet, traditional media, social networking and referrals
• Managing and supporting new members of the team as they join the business
• Mentoring and training new members of the team as the business grows
• Supporting the development of the business across Ireland and other geographies as required
• Ensuring the right candidate is placed in the right area, at the right time
