The opportunity

• Lead, coach and develop five experienced, high-performing recruiters.
• Take ownership of the division’s P&L, commercial strategy and performance.
• Grow the team through strategic hiring and consultant development.
• Develop senior client relationships and win retained finance executive search mandates.
• Bring a consultative approach to leadership hiring, strengthening the division’s executive search capability.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and deliver ambitious growth plans.

You will bring a strong track record in finance recruitment, with substantial executive search experience and a deep understanding of senior finance appointments.
