A specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking a Finance Recruitment Director to oversee their Finance Division, which comprises 18 consultants. This role requires leadership in client engagement and business development, along with responsibility for managing the profit and loss (P&L). The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial recruitment and a proven track record of leading teams. About the job Finance Recruitment Director

Finance Recruitment Director (Qualified/ Part-Qualified/ Transactional sectors) 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH Salary to £75K Base + Monthly, Quarterly and Annual commission

This specialist Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultancy has 40 employees and a £6m TO. They have offices in Chester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool.

The company have a 20 year network/database and a phenomenal reputation in the North West. In line with business growth they are actively hiring for a Director who will be responsible for the entire Finance Division which currently comprises of 18 consultants (x4 Direct Reports at Manager level).

As a 'right hand' to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the P&L as well as upskilling and developing the existing consultants, client engagement / business development alongside increasing headcount.

Experience Required:

• 5 years successful experience within Financial Recruitment
• Evidence of leading/ developing Finance Recruitment teams.
• Experience of managing a P&L

The Head Office is located in a beautiful restored building in Stockton Heath with on-site parking and a coffee-shop on-site. The team here are very friendly, professional and experienced.
