ARC Group in Cambridge is seeking an ambitious Delivery Consultant to support Construction recruitment campaigns, build a strong network of candidates and deliver high-quality placements. No prior recruitment experience is required; we value attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

You’ll work alongside experienced Consultants and develop the skills to build a successful career in recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent role with training, mentoring and clear progression to a Recruitment

• Identify, engage and deliver high-quality candidates for Construction roles.

• Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process.
• Develop knowledge of the Construction recruitment market.
• Work towards individual targets and KPIs.
• Progress toward a Recruitment Consultant role.

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Construction recruitment campaigns and building a strong network of candidates.

• Sourcing suitable candidates for Construction vacancies
• Using job boards, databases and social media to identify potential candidates
• Speaking with candidates and building strong professional relationships
• Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and availability
• Maintaining and developing a strong candidate database
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and client requirements
• Helping to arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process
• Developing a strong understanding of the Construction recruitment market
• Working towards individual targets and KPIs
• Developing your skills and progressing towards a Recruitment Consultant role

About You

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
