Job summary

ARC Group in Cambridge is seeking two Recruitment Consultants specializing in Construction to join our expanding Cambridge office. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission and two positions available.

You will develop and manage client relationships, win new business, recruit candidates, and drive the desk toward strong growth, playing a key role in our Cambridge expansion. A driven, resilient, and professional mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced within recruitment, ideally with a background in Construction, or have a strong sales/business development background.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by achieving results.
• Confident and professional when communicating with clients and candidates.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Natural relationship builders with a strong commercial mindset.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress their careers.
• Full driving licence holders.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction, you will be responsible for developing your own client and candidate base and building a successful desk within the sector.
