• Sourcing suitable candidates for Construction vacancies.
• Using job boards, databases and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Speaking with candidates and building strong professional relationships.
• Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and availability.
• Maintaining and developing a strong candidate database.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies and client requirements.
• Helping to arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process.
• Developing a strong understanding of the Construction recruitment market.
• Working towards individual targets and KPIs.
