ARC Group is expanding its Cambridge office and seeking two ambitious Recruitment Consultants to specialise in Construction. You will build your own client and candidate base, drive new business, and manage end-to-end recruitment from initial contact to placement.

Aimed at driven professionals with a commercial mindset, this role offers a competitive base and uncapped commission in a supportive environment.

ARC Group is continuing to grow, and we are now looking to appoint two Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Cambridge office, specialising in the Construction sector.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction, you will be responsible for developing your own client and candidate base and building a successful desk within the sector.

• Developing and managing new and existing client relationships
