The Southampton operation of TLP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own key client relationships, manage temporary bookings and drive growth in the local market. The role demands a commercially minded professional with a proven ability to win and develop accounts.

Based in Totton, Southampton, you will regularly meet clients, onboard new accounts and contribute to service delivery with the resourcing team. Expect progression to management as the operation expands.

Qualifications
