Tirebuck Recruitment is partnered with a Solihull employer to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2027. The role is full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working, requiring two days per week in the office.
You will manage campaigns, write adverts, engage candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey. The package includes 27 days leave plus bank holidays, pension, wellbeing allowance, eye tests, and on-site parking.
Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until the end of March 2027
Location: Solihull (Hybrid working - minimum two days per week in the office)
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexibility around start and finish times)
Early finish on Fridays at 4:30pm
