Job summary

Adecco is hiring for Recruiters / Resourcers to join a busy, high-volume recruitment team. No prior recruitment experience is required, just strong telephone and customer service skills to deliver a great candidate experience.

The role is full-time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday, with hybrid work from Keele: 2 days in the Keele office and 3 days working from home. It is a temporary 3-month contract with pay at £13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer contact, call centre, recruitment or other phone-based environment is desirable.
• Experience working with high volumes of telephone calls.
• Confident and professional communication.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a consistent service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Making high volumes of candidate calls.
• Screening candidates for vacancies.
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Booking interviews and preparing shortlists.
• Supporting pre-employment checks.

We're looking for Recruiters / Resourcers to join our busy high-volume recruitment team. Previous recruitment experience isn't essential. We're looking for people with strong telephone and customer service skills who can work at pace, stay organised and deliver a great candidate experience.

The Details

• £13.50 per hour
• Full time Mon-Fri 37 hours
• Hybrid - based in our Keele office 2 days per week, work from home 3 days per week
• Temporary contract for 3 months
