With a strong international presence and a commitment to excellence, this firm seeks a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Capital Management team in London. Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end candidate coordination: managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for both lateral and campus recruitment processes.
  • Supporting stakeholders: acting as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and smooth process execution.
  • System and process management: maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), posting job openings, and ensuring data integrity across recruitment platforms.
  • Reporting and insights: assisting in tracking key recruitment metrics and contributing to regular reporting to inform hiring strategies.
  • Project involvement: supporting the planning and delivery of HCM operational projects, contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication are essential. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is required.
