Ongoing temporary role with long-term potential

We’re working with a prestigious global investment management firm to find a proactive and detail-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join their collaborative in-house talent team. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting recruitment across EMEA – ideal for someone who thrives in a structured but people-centred environment.

You'll be a key player in delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience – from coordinating interviews across multiple time zones to managing onboarding logistics and working closely with hiring managers, senior business leaders, and external agencies. The team is welcoming, high-performing, and deeply invested in finding and developing great talent.

This role would suit someone with previous recruitment coordination or HR support experience, ideally within investment management, professional services, or wider financial services. It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team, gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, and take a meaningful next step in your HR career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling and coordinating high-volume interviews across global time zones
• Managing pre-employment screening and onboarding paperwork
• Acting as the go-to contact for candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies
• Ensuring a smooth start for new hires, with everything in place ahead of day one
• Supporting recruitment activity across business areas and seniority levels
• Over time: updating Workday, running reports, and contributing to wider recruitment initiatives
• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR support (in-house or agency-side)
• Strong organisational skills and brilliant attention to detail
• Confidence working across multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• A warm, professional manner with clear, polished communication skills
• An interest in recruitment and a desire to grow within a global HR function
