Job summary

British Army in Colwyn Bay is recruiting a Recruiter to attract and recruit locally, delivering inclusive recruitment activities and ensuring a high-quality candidate journey. You will interview candidates, provide superb customer service, and work with educational providers and stakeholders to raise awareness of Army careers.

The role offers a structured training path, onsite parking, 28k salary, and benefits including pension, life assurance and extra leave.

Qualifications

• Interview candidates and support them through their recruitment journey.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and consultative support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
• Hold a full UK driving licence; familiarity with Army careers a plus.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area.
