Airbus Helicopters UK is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the busy HR team in Oxford. The role supports end-to-end recruitment, from vacancy briefing through onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
You will manage the full lifecycle, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and maintain records in Workday. Occasional travel to RAF Shawbury is required.
Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working, minimum 3 days on-site)
Contract: 12-Month Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour PAYE / £24.09 per hour Umbrella
Security Requirements: DBS Check Required
