Job Title: Recruitment Co‑ordinator

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 dependent on qualification & experience

Working Hours: Mon‑Fri 08:30 – 16:30 (37.5 hour week)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for an experienced HR generalist with experience in recruitment who can take responsibility for an end‑to‑end recruitment process. You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team committed to supporting staff and goals of transforming educational support for young people with co‑occurring neurodiversity and mental health needs by putting individual well‑being at the heart of learning.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to job offer.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post approved vacancies on appropriate platforms.
  • Promote roles through community channels, job fairs, and sector‑specific forums.
  • Coordinate fair, criteria‑based shortlisting with hiring leads and support with inclusive interview design and interview scheduling with candidates, hiring leads and hiring panels as appropriate.
  • Provide managers with recruitment documentation and guidance aligned with best practices, including interview packs.
  • Maintain accurate records of checks, references, and declarations, flagging any concerns appropriately.

Role Requirements
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and recruitment analytics (Essential)
  • CIPD Level 3
