Job summary

TeacherActive in Liverpool is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a strong sales background to join our expanding team. You will develop business, identify client needs, screen applicants and fill vacancies to tight time scales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or have worked in a target and KPI focused role.
• Drive, determination and motivation.
• Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Confident and resilient personality.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities.
• Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancy.
• Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them.
• Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale.
• Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients’ needs.
• Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships.
