Stafforce is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Loughborough team, servicing clients across the East Midlands including Daventry. Based from Loughborough, you will identify new business opportunities, visit clients, and manage recruitment campaigns.

• Maintain accurate client and candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures.
• Support business growth through excellent service delivery and proactive sales activity.
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve branch and regional objectives

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for servicing and developing clients across The East Midlands area including Daventry and the surrounding areas while being based from our Loughborough office. Key responsibilities include:
