WF Tech Recruitment in Redditch, Worcestershire is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to build and grow our National Temporary Engineering Desk across the UK. You’ll source, interview and place engineering candidates while developing relationships with clients in the precision manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience (temporary recruitment preferred).
• Strong business development skills.

• A desire to build something and make it your own.
• Engineering recruitment experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential—we can provide the industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop WF Tech's temporary recruitment division.
• Manage the full temporary recruitment lifecycle.
• Source, interview and register engineering candidates.
• Develop relationships with existing WF Tech clients and identify new opportunities.
• Generate new business through proactive sales activity.
• Manage bookings, compliance and candidate availability.
• Grow a profitable temporary desk with recurring weekly revenue.
• Work closely with the permanent recruitment team to maximise opportunities across shared accounts.

The Opportunity

With a national remit and a warm client base already in place, you'll have genuine opportunities to build long-term recurring business rather than starting entirely from scratch.
