Job summary
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Swindon to join our well-established team based in Swindon. The role offers a salary of £27,000-£28,000 per annum with a performance bonus and excellent company benefits, plus a clear path for career development.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, with early finish on Friday. You will carry out business development, manage client relationships, source and interview candidates, write
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or related roles.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships; identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out business development activity, including contacting prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
- Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing recruitment campaigns
- Sourcing and matching suitable candidates to vacancies
- Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Ensuring all recruitment activity remains compliant and completing associated administration
- Conducting regular client service reviews
