Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant for its Education Division in Bristol with hybrid working. You will build relationships with schools, trusts and local authorities, grow your specialist market, and deliver value through consultative recruitment solutions.

Ideal candidates are experienced recruiters who want to become recognised market specialists in Education, thrive in a collaborative team, and enjoy developing new business
