Job summary

Judicium in Cardiff is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our education-focused team. You will manage client relationships, source and interview candidates, and place teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff across South Wales.

The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£34,000 plus £5,000–£20,000 OTE, a hybrid working model, structured career progression with up to four promotions a year, and additional incentives to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License required; visits to client schools weekly with mileage paid.
• Customer-facing, sales or education experience helpful.
• A real passion for education and helping others succeed.
• Agile mindset; manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding service.
• Sales-focused; recruitment or direct sales experience to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own Newport Secondary Schools across South Wales.
• Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients.
• Source, interview and support teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
• Match candidates with roles that suit their skills and values.
• Build lasting, trust-based relationships with school leaders.
• Handle daily bookings, long-term placements, and permanent recruitment.
• Achieve personal and team goals; you’ll be supported but expected to push yourself.

About you

• Speaking of drive you'll need a Full UK Driving License we visit our client schools once a week ( Don't worry we pay mileage)
• Customer-facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential)

• Agile - You can manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently whilst delivering outstanding service
• Sales Focused - Your experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service and you excel in performance-driven environments to meet and exceed targets.
