Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is recruiting for Recruitment Consultants at various seniority levels (Consultant / Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant / Fee Earner) with a fully remote or hybrid setup. The role offers monthly visits to an East Midlands office, full home setup and ongoing support, and multiple career paths within a profitable, expanding business.

Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant & Fee Earner, this is a great move into the executive search market and niche professional sectors.

• You will be working in a supportive very well established team

As a Recruitment consultant /senior recruitment consultant /managing recruitment consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the professional recruitment campaigns including

• Full management of the of the clients and candidate relationships

• Some Recruitment Consultant /Fee earning background (essential)
• Open to sectors as well as desk experience.
• Temps or Perms , Contracts or Interim , Contingency or Retained .
