Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Science team in Stevenage. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, building strong client and candidate relationships.

The role is hybrid after training, with a base salary up to £30,000 plus commission and bonus; applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be ready to contribute to the team’s success.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 6 months –2 years' recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a specialist consultancy. Experience in the STEM sectors would be beneficial, but it isn't essential, we're looking for the right person with the right attitude, and we'll provide the industry knowledge and training.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will join our established Science team, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients across the pharmaceutical and chemical industries while developing strong client and candidate relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client qualification through to candidate placement.
• Building and developing relationships with both existing and prospective clients across the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates for permanent and contract opportunities.
• Managing the candidate journey, from attraction and interview coordination through to offer management and placement.
• Delivering a consultative, high-quality service to both clients and candidates while contributing to the continued success of the Science team.

Salary & Commission

• Up to £30,000 basic salary plus commission and bonus
