Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Science team in Stevenage. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors, building strong client and candidate relationships.

The role is hybrid after training, with a base salary up to £30,000 plus commission and bonus; applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be ready to contribute to the team’s success.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years recruitment experience.
• Proactive, positive and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement.
• Develop relationships with clients across pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
• Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates for permanent and contract roles.
• Coordinate the candidate journey through to offer and placement.
• Provide a consultative, high-quality service to clients and candidates.
