Robert Waltersare hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the In-House Legal team at our head office in Covent Garden. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top billing division, who are leaders in this market and work alongside a high calibre team.

What does this role involve?

• This is one of our most successful and established divisions, who are well known in this market and have had an excellent start to the year.
• You will be working as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising on in-house legal mandates across different industry sectors.
• You will be a market specialist and the go-to person in your area, we encourage you to host networking events with c-suite executives and candidates and utilise in-house marketing resources to build your personal brand.
• We are hiring for an experienced and established recruiter who is confident at building strong client relationships and managing existing business.
• Excellent earning potential in this team and a clear progression structure.

What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant?

You will be an experienced recruiter with around 3-6 years’ experience in the legal recruitment industry. We are open if you are a private practice recruiter who is interested in pivoting to in-house recruitment or a specialist in-house recruiter looking for your next challenge.

• Able to demonstrate your billings to date and how you have pro-actively built your desk and pipeline.
• Self-starter with a keen eye for business development, we encourage you to meet your candidates, and clients face to face where possible.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Ambitious and team player, we work extremely collaboratively together to achieve the best results.
