About Us

Our established Private Practice legal recruitment agency in London is seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. We specialize in placing top-tier legal professionals across the UK market.

The Role

• Work Pattern: 4 days per week in our London office 1 day from home.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus exceptional commission structure
• Commission: Up to 30% of placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-calibre legal professionals for leading law firms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients and candidates
• Develop a deep understanding of the legal recruitment market
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and client meetings
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets

Required Experience

• Minimum 1-5 years' experience in legal recruitment
• Proven track record of successful placements in Private Practice Legal Firms
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the legal recruitment landscape
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
