Recruitment Consultant - Legal USA Market

Location: London (Kings Cross) – Permanent

Salary: Competitive Salary + Excellent benefits

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a team that supports the Legal sector in the USA. The team’s average billing is $400k per head, and the bonus scheme is up to 45%.

What do we do?

My client started in 2016 as a small business with a single Apple Mac, a coffee machine, and a telephone that wasn’t ringing. Today, they are an international team of 50+ with offices in both the UK and the USA, with exciting plans to further expand in the coming months.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients within the Education Sector.
  • Understanding client expectations through full job descriptions.
  • Interviewing jobseekers to assess skills and personality.
  • Shortlisting candidates for live vacancies with a focus on quality over quantity.
  • Collaborating with the Resourcing team to target specific candidates for live vacancies.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews with detailed client information.
  • Networking to raise personal profile in the market.
