360 Recruitment in Billericay is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant for a permanent, full-time role with a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission. Immediate start available and ongoing training to help you progress within a friendly, ambitious team at a modern Billericay office.

The role covers winning new business, sourcing and managing candidates, and guiding the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement with targets to achieve.
