The role covers winning new business, sourcing and managing candidates, and guiding the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement with targets to achieve.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, or proven B2B sales experience.
• Confident and commercially minded.
• Target-driven and motivated by success.
• An excellent communicator.
• Organised and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and build client relationships
• Source, interview and manage candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Achieve individual sales and placement targets
• Maintain and grow your client and candidate network
