Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Leicester is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning, with shifts 6:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00, and weekends every second. Competitive salary and structured training offered.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and/or permanent roles
• Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers
• Managing daily bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning
• Ensuring compliance with Right to Work and internal procedures
• Supporting operational delivery during afternoon and evening shifts
