We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Engineering & Manufacturing team.

The Opportunity

As an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant, you will work with a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries, including: Defence Aerospace Nuclear Automotive Pharmaceutical FMCG Aviation Oil & Gas Electronics Renewable Energy. Your role will involve partnering with both employers and jobseekers, understanding recruitment requirements, and matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities. This is a rewarding sales and consultancy role where you will effectively manage your own desk as a business within a business. You will be supported by industry-leading technology, extensive training, and one of the UK's largest recruitment databases to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
