Step Teachers Ltd is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnet office. You will take ownership of a desk, build long-term relationships with schools and candidates, and drive revenue with a quality-focused approach.

You'll be supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team, enabling you to focus on winning business, developing partnerships and delivering exceptional service. Flexible working options available.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnet office. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a desk, build long-term relationships with schools and candidates, and work within a business that values quality, service and sustainable growth.

Unlike many agencies, you'll be supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business, developing client partnerships and generating revenue.

The Role

• Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining relationships with schools across your area
• Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Recruiting, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
• Managing bookings and vacancies from enquiry through to successful placement
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards achievable performance and revenue targets
