Job summary

Jark Cambridge are recruiting a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 years construction recruitment experience to join our established team based on the outskirts of Cambridge at Babraham.

You will run our labour and trades desk supplying temporary construction workers to projects across East Anglia, with openness to someone from white collar or permanent backgrounds within construction. Competitive basic salary plus commission from day one, with a clear pathway to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years construction recruitment experience.
• Experience handling labour and trades desks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of East Anglia construction projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Run the labour and trades desk supplying temporary construction workers to projects across East Anglia.
• Take over an existing desk and build on current client relationships.
• Have input on how targets are achieved and how the desk is run day to day.

Job description

Jark Cambridge are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 years construction recruitment experience to join our established and successful team based on the outskirts of Cambridge at Babraham.

The position is to run our labour and trades desk supplying temporary construction workers to projects based throughout East Anglia. We would also be open to someone from a white collar or permanent background within the construction sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction recruiter to join our bespoke and highly successful team taking over a desk with existing business and temps and building upon our current client base.

You will be paid a competitive basic salary and will earn commission from day one with a clear pathway and structure to show how you can increase your earnings year on year.

Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We do not have a strict dress code or work to heavy KPI's targets. You will be encouraged to run the desk as your own business and have full input on how it is run day to day and how your targets are achieved.

We are based on a business park in Babraham close to the A11 with plenty of free parking and a pleasant countryside surrounding.
