Cole Connections Ltd is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant on a temporary desk in Egham. The role is four days on-site with one day remote, offering a full 360 recruitment remit across Commercial and Business Support functions.

You’ll nurture existing client relationships, develop new business and deliver a consultative service while you build and own your desk. The package includes guaranteed commissions for the first three months and a supportive team environment.

The Opportunity

This is a full 360 recruitment role, developing your own client relationships, generating new business and growing a temporary recruitment desk across Commercial and Business Support functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, Customer Service and Office Management.

You'll be building on these existing relationships while enjoying the challenge of winning your own clients and developing new business.
