Qualifications

• Motivated and organised individual passionate about people.
• Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Source, screen, and register candidates to build a talent pool.
• Write and post job adverts to attract candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
• Visit client sites to understand hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation.
• Provide accurate administration with high attention to detail.
