TechShack is expanding from the UK to the US and seeks a Senior Consultant to own a US desk focused on AI infrastructure, quantitative tech, and Databricks. You’ll win new clients, grow accounts from day one, and headhunt top engineers across US time zones with direct access to the co-founders.

You’ll operate from our Monument, London office four days a week with early Friday finishes and opportunities for visa sponsorship as the US desk scales, including Miami expansion in 2027.

Formación

• Senior recruiter with strong billing history and desire for ownership.
• US market experience preferred; familiarity with US hiring landscape is a plus.

Senior - Managing Consultant, US Tech (AI Infra / Quant / Databricks)

TechShack has just had its best ever quarter, and we're on course to beat it in Q4. Now we're taking what works in the UK to the US, and we want a Senior Consultant to own it.

• A senior recruiter who bills consistently and wants more ownership
• US market experience is ideal. If you already know the landscape, there's nothing new to learn.
